Eat Colorfully

With September 22 marking the first day of Fall in the U.S. this year, many of us will start seeing the beautiful color of the changing leaves in the days and weeks to come. To celebrate this amazing display of seasonal color, we can reflect nature's change with our diets.

Now is a perfect time to eat colorfully, with options from creamy orange pumpkins, deep red pomegranates and cranberries, to rich purple grapes- there are so many ways to add color to our snacks and meals.

For ideas on Fall superfoods to try this year Delphine Remy, a certified Holistic Nutrition and Eating Psychology Coach, provides some great inspiration here.
